Step 1: After adding items to your cart and filling out shipping details, place your order selecting Digital Currencies and BTC as your payment method.
Step 2: You will see a screen like below that will contain the Bitcoin payment information required to complete your order
IMPORTANT: The BTC (Bitcoin) amount and Bitcoin wallet address shown in the image above is for demonstrative purposes only. DO NOT use this wallet address.
Each order has a unique Bitcoin wallet address associated with it. When that specific wallet address receives funds, it will generate an order request in our internal systems so that we know you’ve paid and to send out your order. Do not reuse any old addresses from previous orders to deposit into as those addresses are discarded once they’ve been used
Step 3: To complete your BTC (Bitcoin) order, there are a two different options available:
This method uses a 3rd party Australian company, Banxa, to purchase and deposit the cryptocurrency into our account in one step.

- Select AUD for the top field and BTC for the 2nd field
- Copy the exact BTC amount from your order screen to the BTC field (It’ll auto populate the AUD amount)
- Copy the exact wallet address from your order screen to the ‘Your Wallet’ field
- Select your payment method: Visa/Mastercard, PayID, POLi
- Verify your identity (This is nothing to be alarmed about, they’re like any ordinary bank needing to know who you are.)
- Enter payment details and complete your order ?
That’s it! Congratulations on your first purchase with cryptocurrency! ?
My order timed out while making the purchase? Don’t stress if your order times out before the payment is completed (this includes payments with POLi and PayID). We will be notified of receiving the funds regardless of if it times out and our system will link it up directly to your order automatically.
The verification took a while, do I need to do that every time I order through Banxa? No. The verification process only needs to be done on your first order. For subsequent orders, verification is not needed as they will be able to identify you through your email address.
This method is the common way people purchase cryptocurrency when investing or planning on using crypto more than a couple of times and offers slightly cheaper conversion rates ($2 to $8 on a $200 order).

- Deposit money into your account
- Exchange your money for BTC (Bitcoin)
Purchasing from us
- Look for ‘Send’ or ‘Withdraw Crypto’ (you are withdrawing from them and depositing to us)
- Enter the exact wallet address you received during your order
- Enter the exact BTC amount you were shown during your order (Please add the difference of the fee to ensure we receive the exact amount)
- Hit send and complete your order

Once your Bitcoin order has been fulfilled and we receive the funds into our wallet address, you will receive an email notifying you that the order has been created and is pending processing. We will then send you a follow up email to let you know once it has been sent out. And that’s it!

Some of the Bitcoin providers listed above require you to register and provide a form of verification in order to activate your account. This is nothing to be alarmed about, they’re like any ordinary financial institution. Buying Bitcoin is not illegal so it is safe to verify your account.
